Successful IUI after Miscarriage

Hi everyone, I’m sorry if this is the wrong group to post this but I’m hoping someone may be able to give me some positive news. Myself and my wife are trying to get pregnant via IUI (same sex couple) today will be our 4th cycle. We did get pregnant in May on our third cycle but my wife had a miscarriage at 8 weeks pregnant. She is 33 and we’ve heard your success rates are highest at 3rd + 4th cycle. We already had the good news at 3rd but unfortunately it all went wrong for us. Has anyone had any success with IUI after miscarriage or are we putting ourselves through this emotional rollercoaster for very little hope? We had the 4th cycle today and I’m just a big bag of nerves. It took us so long to decide to try again after last time. Thankyou x
