Hi Lindalu, good luck with your cycle, I have recently started short protocol as well, with no down regulation. I’m on day 10 and I’ve had my scan today.
Got the transfer booked in for the 3rd of November.
How are you feeling about starting your cycle? X

Banana29, my transfer will be probably about 22nd of November. I feel scared as nearly lost my life during last birth. Due to my age I don't want to wait any longer. I don't have children. I am ok physically and mentally so I'm ready to try again.

Lindalu, sorry to hear that, that’s must have been really traumatic. But I’m glad you are ready for the next transfer, it will come before you know it.
I’ll be using my last frozen embryo so hoping it will implant this time.

I had my embryo transfer today so OTD is 11th. Sorry to hear you have had tricky times. This is our third transfer this year while trying for a sibling for our toddler xx

Hi, fairly new to IVF. I'm having my first FET (natural cycle) on 6th Nov Had eggs collected back in August however I suffered with severe OHSS so we've had to wait until now to start again. Feeling quite nervous about it now. Good luck to everyone else!

2WW feels like 4 weeks, nurses usually call you mid way to check if you're alright.
Don't Google symptoms, at least try not to get obsessed with them as everybody's different, and every pregnancy if different.
It doesn't matter if you eat McDonald's chips after transfer or not.
Avoid caffeine at all costs.
Drink plenty of water, at least try.
Find yourself something to do during 2WW- to keep your mind off overthinking.

Ask if you have more questions x

I did eat mcdonalds chips after the ER but was quite out of the way of our clinic and felt sick so needed something in me.
Luckily my caffeine intake is fairly low already, but trying to find the best decaf tea bags at the moment as some are disgusting

I had my first FET yesterday and after started cyclogest progesterone pessaries. The embryologist discussed the embryo chosen for the transfer and on the chart we've got about a 50-55% chance of pregnancy.

Not sure if i'm getting ill or the side effects from cyclogest were pretty quick.....feeling very exhausted and a bit headachy already, I crashed out on the sofa yesterday evening which I rarely do! Has anyone else experienced this when on progesterone?

Thought I'd join the November cycle group. I had a failed cycle in July then started stim injections for this mid October and retrieval end of October I'm in the mist of the 2WW. Test date for me is Friday 10th.

I hit send too soon. RB88 I'm on Cyclogest and had a terrible headache all day yesterday. I keep waking up dehydrated too.

Care told me you can drink caffeine. I think it was 2 a day! I've read a lot of sources that say not to though so I wouldn't advise it and I don't know why they do. I drink caffeine free tea from Lidl.

Congratulations Siba, hope the nausea and vomiting will pass.
Im currently 5 days past the embryo transfer. My test day is on the 16th November.
Got extra Lubion injection this time.

Hi all, I went for a scan and a blood test yesterday. Results were all okay and I am starting the lubion injection and pessaries tomorrow morning. I have another blood test next week and if all okay frozen embryo transfer will be on the 16th. I haven't done the injections in a while so a bit nervous. Last time they only prescribed me the pessaries but my body wasn't absorbing them properly and they cancelled the cycle, the day before the transfer. I was devastated. I am hoping everything will be okay this time.
