I know it's hard but try not to panic - bleeding can be very normal in early pregnancy. I had some in my tww. If you can't get hold of the nurses, can you ring your GP or EPU? They should be able to see you asap. Thinking of you, keep me posted xLowlwatkins wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2023 2:03 pm I’ve just started bleeding I’m literally in peices, I can’t get hold of nurses and I’m having a panic attack it’s not lots of blood it’s bright red, and no cramps but I’m really freaking out! I know lots of people get bleeding but this is so scary I don’t know what to do!

Re: September 2023
Honestly was the scariest afternoon of my life, I went to a&e , I had a small blood clot, and some cells on the outside of my cervix, but we saw a little heartbeat!!!! And had a full examination turns out everything is as it should be , yolk sac and everything is measuring as it should be! So can relax for now! Was honestly so frightening, but I feel so releived that we saw the heart beat! Makes it feel a little more real at the moment! Can relax until next week at least ! Got some slight cramping and just feel emotionally drained!comeonbabyB wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2023 3:22 pmI know it's hard but try not to panic - bleeding can be very normal in early pregnancy. Ah that's such a relief, I am so pleased for you. I am sorry you had to go through that though, it's always so scary. Did they scan you in A+E or did they send you to EPU? Sounds like you had a better experience than me, when I was bleeding in my last pregnancy I had to wait days for a scan.Lowlwatkins wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2023 8:24 pmHonestly was the scariest afternoon of my life, I went to a&e , I had a small blood clot, and some cells on the outside of my cervix, but we saw a little heartbeat!!!! I am doing okay, thank you. Think my symptoms are ramping up a bit, have got insatiable hunger but it's not a nice hunger - it's painful even though I am eating throughout the day (going to balloon) and my stomach constantly feels empty / off. Other than that, I am just tired and my back hurts. How are you symptoms other than the cramping?

They did it at a&e they have a gynaecology part there, but I did have to wait about 3 hours, I’m still bleeding and cramping, I know what I saw yesterday should be reassuring but it’s really not when your bleeding and cramping I’m really not enjoying this is making me feel so bad! Can’t eat either properly cause I just am so anxious! It’s like period pains quite strong onescomeonbabyB wrote: ↑Thu Oct 12, 2023 12:48 pmAh that's such a relief, I am so pleased for you. Re: September 2023
So back at a&e this morning, as I have been passing clots the size of golf balls (TMI) sorry,
So had another scan, can still see pregnancy in there but this time there is no heartbeat, which is so crazy how quickly things can change over 2 days! I’ve been told I have to go back on Wednesday for another scan to check the viability then the doctor said she hasn’t ruled the pregnancy out but she couldn’t see the flicker this time like we did on Wednesday. So again just another waiting game to see what happens, but my uterus is surrounded with blood clots which I’m not sure what that means so yeah not great news, have been told to prepare for the worst and hope for the best basically which isn’t reassuring at all!

Ah sorry you had to go through that too! The bleeding unfortunately hasn’t stopped, it’s not as bad but it’s not just a little bit either, im actually feeling okay, had a lot of rest at the weekend and ate my body weight in food! The thing that’s frustrating me is I have to continue with medication until Wednesday but I just feel so silly continuing it when I pretty much know there’s no reason too, I mean I still have sore boobs and bloated tummy so it’s like a game with my body, but realistically I think I know it’s gone, but we still have to Frosties left and a whole other round of ivf, so feeling quite positive about that. Just have to wait on Wednesday to see what’s going on in there!

Re: September 2023
I had the exact same thing in April, the clinic told me to carry on with my meds regardless and it was so hard. I pushed for an earlier scan in the end and they allowed me to to stop once they'd confirmed I'd miscarried. However, you do hear about so many people who bleed heavily and the baby is fine, so you just never know. I know it's so hard though, I am glad you are taking it easy.Lowlwatkins wrote: ↑Mon Oct 16, 2023 7:37 amAh sorry you had to go through that too! Hi both totally understand as i had to carry on with the meds for over a week too and you think the money you are wasting which could be used next time. I read alot of stories were people bleed but were okay hope your case is that. One thing i would suggest once you find out get your blood checked as your iron level may drop as the hospital do your bloods but don't always tell your results as this happened to be. when i started feeling light headed went to the doctors he confirmed what the reason was. All the best for Wednesday.

Same with me, I've also been discharged following my 7 week scan. Feels a bit bewildering to suddenly be out there on your own doesn't it?

Lowlwatkins - hope you're doing ok x

Re: September 2023
Congratulations guys!! Hope it all goes smoothly and you have healthy babies
I’m out of the worst of it now, miscarried officially on Wednesday, feel much better today, just wasn’t our time unfortunately, still have 2 Frosties though so hopefully one of those will be the one! And another round of ivf, but I had lots of blood clots the week before in my uterus so I’m wondering if I should have been checked for that before hand as I do have family history my mum had DVT when she was my age and my Nan had a stroke at 33 so there is a history of blood clotting, so now it’s just another wait for the next go!! I’m actually feeling okay and want to go again as soon as possible!
