Hey so so sorry to hear that! There's no words I can say to help you but look after you and take time to relax. We booked a next day break to Crete it rained the whole 10 days and I spent 5 of them tucked up in bed eating Crisps but it was what we needed. I'm doing OK im dieing to test but we've both decided to wait till Sunday so everything's crossed. I've had pains what I thought was my period for the last 3 days now im thinking its trapped wind againJW23 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 18, 2023 6:55 amHello and welcomenlittlewood123 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 17, 2023 10:20 pm Hi ladies I've been waiting to comment all week but couldn't log on. I'm currently 10 days after FET and trying to stay as relaxed as possibly but after my first transfer ending in early MC I'm terrified about everything this time..
That’s great that you have your logon sorted now. Ooo 10 days, almost there! Have you managed to hold off testing?
I think I’m currently going through a miscarriage, so I completely understand. Try and stay as positive as possible x

Today was test day ❤ it was positive soo happy but equally as nervous. Another step closer to having our own baby! How are you doing?
Re: Cycle Buddies August 2023
Absolutely Amazing news, congratulations!!!
so so pleased for you! Will you get a scan date tomorrow when you call the clinic?
I’m ok thank you, day 6… a week til OTD but I may cave a day early. I had a couple of intense pains on day 2 but then I had a bit of a bad belly out of nowhere so could have been because of that. Otherwise I’m feeling ok. Trying not to read into it as I’ve had 5 failed cycles and I haven’t always had the same symptoms and they’ve all ended the same! I was hoping implantation diarrhoea was a thing, that’s how strange my life is now

Thank you! It's all been very surreal today emotions are everywhere. I have my fingers and toes crossed for you it could be anything so try not to think negatively. I know easier said than done! You never know this time implantation diarrhoea could be a thing! What have you been doing? I've taken up crochet
I'm feeling old!
Im not sure what Care will offer when I ring I now last time we went in for a blood test which confirmed pregnancy and MC but honestly no Idea what happens next

Re: Cycle Buddies August 2023
Hopefully it will be plain sailing from here for you!!!
let us know what they say!
Just been reading a lot really, I did 2 books in 4 days around retrieval/transfer
I’m actually looking forward to work this week to help the time pass quicker!
If it’s positive then I will absolutely declare implantation diarrhoea the new symptom

Oh I hope so
sometimes it's easier when your working it can help time go quicker. I work term time so I've been off for the full 6 weeks and I'm back in 2 so I feel like it's worked out well. I don't think I could of managed work and the stress of all of this, but your right I know now that keeping busy helps the TWW pass much quicker.
Re: Cycle Buddies August 2023
To be fair I’m home 4 days a week and office for 1, so it’s quite easy for me to manage around work anyway. They’ve been great in letting me do what I need so I can mainly hide at home! X

Thats good I'm really enjoying hiding away at home How you feeling today? Any change in symptoms? How's everyone?
Re: Cycle Buddies August 2023
Morning! How did you get on calling the clinic?
I’m ok, feeling a few period style pains today but trying not to panic - hard not to though! I’m pretty sure this was the day I had a bleed on my last fresh so I’ve got the panic going to the toilet now
It’s also one of those where as soon as I think about it feel pain but it’s not bothering me if I can keep busy!

Oh my gosh Camomile that sounds absolutely awful!!
I have had 2 egg retrievals and I can’t remember anything, didn’t feel anything and wasn’t too bad afterwards either. I can’t imagine how it must be to feel everything! What did care say? 0 out of 10 for pain during, I woke up back in the waiting area.
Sorry to hear you had such a traumatic experience x

Gembryo
Hows your day been? Has your pains calmed down I've had pains since day 7 and really thought that my period was coming but after 2 days with the pains I realised that it would of been and then never came.
I spoke to Care yesterday afternoon nurse rang back at tea time. She was lovely basically congratulated me then said she would book me in for 7 weeks scan which is 6th Sept and said that my protocol was to stay on medication cyclogest and Estrogene until 16weeks then organised the pharmacy to supply enough. That was it realy! It's all such a shock and scary trying not to get too excited !

I feel them coming and going but definitely the latest I’ve ever felt them vs other cycles. You’ve given me hope that’s it’s just the embryo making itself at home! This is the day I had my bleed on my last fresh cycle so I’ve made it past that hurdle at leastnlittlewood123 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2023 9:25 pm Gembryo

Hi nlittlewood123
Having thought on it, as I have made a complaint to CARE about my egg collection experience, would it be possible for you to remove your reply of Tuesday 22nd August including my original post please?
To remove the whole message, I think you would need to either select the 'permanently delete this post' option (available when you edit the post) or edit the post, remove all comments, then add a short line e.g. post removed at request of Camomile*50.
Thank you so much x

Thanks lovely, was in the office today so the day has flown. I don’t think I’ve been too bad cramp wise but I have no idea if that’s good or badnlittlewood123 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 23, 2023 9:01 am Yay! Hey Gem It's definitely easier when kept busy isn't it. I had abit of a paddy tonight as I had the slight of brown discharge and I know my last miscarriage started with brown discharge. I've sorted myself out now and back to been positive but it's so bloody hard! Try hold out if you can but equally let me know how you get on. Get some rest x

feeling like I want cave tomorrow and test at day 10?
Re: Cycle Buddies August 2023
Morning!!! We have a BFP!!! First one ever so I’m very nervous but excited. I did cave on Thursday and got 1-2 weeks on clear blue! And this morning 2-3 weeks so I’m taking that as a good thing, but the line on the cheapy free test from the clinic was not as dark as I’d hoped. Not sure if it’s a naff test or something to worry about! But hopefully just a rubbish test!
Can’t believe it!!! Are you doing ok? Xx

Congratulations Gembryo! How exciting!
We had ET last Wednesday and also managed to freeze 4. We are over the moon with the numbers we've had, so much better than expected.
I've had some mild cramping, really tired and crazy sore breasts. Taking this as a good sign but need to stop googling symptoms!
