Hi ladies it's my otd and it's bfn done a clearblue test and the care test the faintest line on care test and nothing on clearblue test so I'm guessing that's a bfn. X

I’ve just shot up out of bed thinking it’s your OTD today! I’m so so sorry. I felt so confident for you too. We’re having the cruelest of journeys… it’s so hard to wrap your head around.

Re: April 2023 cycle buddies

Stargirl thankyou they want me to carry on taking meds and re test tommorw morning. This journey is really cruel isn't it. My clearblue test hasn't come up at all last time it came up straight away and only a faint line on the care test then pregnancy tests got alot stronger after that and was pregnant so I'm not holding out much hope maybe a chemical pregnancy I don't know? My mind is scrambled to be honest and haven't had any bleeding yet x

So cruel. I’m holding out hope for you…

It’s just we have to do soooo much to get there and it’s such a blow. I hope today goes quickly for you and you have a wonderful surprise tomorrow but I understand why you’re not holding out. Here when you need to vent/talk it out.

Stargirl thankyou so much I must admit I haven't got any hope in this one for another test tommorw but will do it just incase as clinic have asked. I'm abit like you how you felt why didn't it work thid time when it did last time I was on same medication I even had anti biotics and canesflor and probiotics this time as clinic wondered if it might be due to infection last time with miscarriage x

I’ve done the same, trying to work out what it was - was the extra oestrogen? Was it the supplements? I didn’t do everything the same… did I walk too far? for me anyway, I don’t think I’ll get the answers I’m looking for and that’s because there’s still so much they don’t know about ivf etc. It’s just miserable continually going through the hope-grief-build-hope-grief-build cycle…. But we have to and we can!

I hope you’re doing ok. Half way through the day nearly x

I’m so sorry lovely, it’s never easy to see a BFN 😕 you can always test again tomorrow or ask for a beta if you had a line on the care one but understand if you feel you know the outcome. Sending lots of hugs and strength ❤️ x

I’ll be hoping for a good outcome tomorrow but understand when you know the outcome deep down you just want to move on too. Not to give hope but my care test definitely darkened and wasn’t an evap so it is possible for the line to deepen. But hang in there and let’s see what the test tomorrow says ❤️ x

Givingitatry thankyou so much for the advise both tests clearblue and care a line has come through and darkened since this morning defiantly. When did you do the test where it then darkened? I was just thinking as it is 13dpt would it be more prominent now? Also when I had my last pregnancy the care test was the same very light but the clearblue came up straight away. X

So I did my test around 6am I think and when I looked back maybe midday-ish it was a lot deeper. Was a light line on the Care one in the time window, 2-3 weeks on CB weeks x

Yes it was OTD. Ask away, it’s what these forums are for ❤️ an early Clearblue should give you a clear answer tomorrow. Keeping all crossed for you but sending so much strength if it wasn’t meant to be this time x

Re: April 2023 cycle buddies

Givingitatry thanks for message yes I have done the early detection test and says not pregnant I guessed that was the case. This was my 3rd cycle and out last frozen embryo so have to start a fresh cycle again which I'm not really looking forward to but have to keep trying I'm 33 so still have alot of time will proberly start around August time at the earliest I think. I know I'm going to now be advised for having testing but as we are self funded and already paid put alot for multi package and the drugs will be alot for fresh cycle it's just so stressful. I had antibiotics and canesflor before I started the cycle this time as a precaution as clinic believed my mmc could have been due to infection so I don't think I will need era emma and Alice testing as they know implantation time is fine as I fell pregnant last time too and I have had antibiotics and probiotics this time. Maybe the imunity test I was thinking? My embryos were grading 2.1 and 2.2 so good grades. X

Re: April 2023 cycle buddies

Stargirl retested like they said and still negative which I guessed. I think when you know you know don't you and this cycle was nothing like last one when I was pregnant so wasn't too shocked. We are going to need tests now due to this being our 3rd try but not sure which one maybe the imunity one as I have seen alot of people have had that one. I had antibiotics and pro biotic thus time and cansflor incase of infection due to clinic believing that could have been problem last time so don't believe I will need to era emma abd Alice test as I have had the antibiotics and probiotics for just incase and hasn't worked. We are self funded so worried hoe much its all going to cost. X

This is so gutting and my heart breaks all over again for you. It’s so unbelievably painful and I feel every bit the same, apart from the added stress of paying because I can’t pretend to know that added pressure and stress but I believe we will eventually…

Take some time to grieve because if you’re anything like me it dragged all the grief of the miscarriage up again but I feel stronger now than I did before. You’ll get through it and pick yourself up because you’ve done it time and time again and you’ll do it again.

My transfer will be looking like August so we can jolly each other through another tough summer.

Stargirl thankyou so much my review is on the 14th June but my gp is happy to see what tests they can do if I get the list so may not have to pay for them which will really help. X
