PGT-A testing

Hi, I'm looking for people's views/experiences about PGT-A, I am waiting to start a new cycle and it has been suggested that I consider PGT-A. It's a big additional expense and I've read lots of information about this but would like some personal experiences.
A little bit of history we have MFI with low morphology. I have been pregnant twice naturally, one miscarriage at 6 weeks and one was a TFMR at 20 weeks for genetic abnormalities (myself and husband are not carriers for this). I have also been pregnant once through ivf which ended in a MMC at 12 weeks.
Any advice would be much appreciated x
