5 days to go until my scan and its dragging so much! Yesterday was awful. Tremendous back and side pain. I was 100% convinced it was a miscarriage or ectopic. Your symptoms sound typical for this stage and similar to mine too!
Lucky you had one that made it to blastocyst, all you need is for one to stick for it to be a success !
I didn’t have any that made it to blast so I ended up having 2 5day morulas (a day stage before a blast)transferred so I wasnt sure how that was going to go!
Its really hard seeing other people’s journeys when it hasn’t worked it’s heartbreaking , you don’t always want to share your good news in fear of upsetting others

Congratulations to all of your bfp! Just out of curiosity even though care mention it’s a 6 week scan, I feel I will be about 7 weeks. The 1st day of my last period was 7/10/21 so am I correct in working out my weeks?
My scan is 25/11 eek

It is so hard. I have told quite a lot of people where we're up to due to the fact they knew I was having the treatment anyway. Plus I feel that if anything happens, the most anyone will do is feel bad for us and say they're sorry, and if I didn't tell them I would feel awful on my own. However, I have never once told anyone without stating how early it is and saying I hope it sticks around etc. I hope after 12 weeks I can relax a bit ..if we get there of course!!NannyBea wrote: ↑Mon Nov 08, 2021 5:27 pm I'll be 7+2 when I have my scan!! We only had 1 egg make it to blastocyst stage, but it was a good grade apparently, and a day 5 transfer. The pregnancy tests are coming up strong too. The clear blue digital went from 2-3 weeks to 3+ weeks when I last did one about a week ago. I have 1 more test left that I'll take in a few days and hope it's still showing 3+. I was being overly cautious and pessimistic before, and now I'm worried that I'm getting ahead of myself and being over confident! It's so hard!!
That just shows how embryos can make it without being thought of as top quality! I got over stimulated, which I was quite annoyed at actually as I mentioned it every time I went in and they didn't manage to stop it. So they got 22 eggs and had to freeze all. . Having said that we got 5 blastocysts and if this works we won't be using any more so it doesn't matter in the end. Oh that's so normal..I think it's unfortunately more anxious after your bfp. Because as IVF women we are so informed about all of the things that go wrong. But we need to try to look at the fact that once we're pregnant the odds are actually in our favour, and then just keep getting better with each day (obviously it's easier for me to tell other people this than believe it myself!).Em87 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 7:45 pm Hey ladies joining you in this group, I had a BFP last week and have my first scan booked in for the 18th.
