I have just completed my first round of IVF and due to my husband having a Robertsonian Translocation we have had genetic screening on the 4 embryos that we have managed to produce. The embryos have been tested on day 3 with results and implantation due to take place on day 5 but all embyros have come back "No Result". I can't seem to find anything about this subject anywhere to clarify what types of results generally come back but can't understand how all four didn't give a result.
They have now had to go in the freezer pending results of a day 6 test which is obviously very frustrating as we will have to wait several weeks to use them and thats saying they survive the thawing process.
Has anyone else had similar experience /knowledge of this please?
