An important message to our Forum Community

You might notice the forum looks a bit different today, with some of the latest threads/posts missing. There’s no easy way to tell you this. We are working to try and improve a range of areas of our offering and unfortunately, as part of a critical update on Wednesday evening, posts made to the community from the end of July have been deleted. We run a backup system, but it didn’t work, we have been only able to restore content from the July back up. This is completely our fault, we have now addressed this issue through critical process changes so it can’t happen again.

We totally understand that this will be a real issue for many of you, and we are both devastated this happened and very sorry indeed. We know how important the Forum is and want to work hard to make this up to you.

• If you have been using the community to ask critical questions, and we can help, pleaset let us know. We have made available our clinical team, and will provide response to your questions, just send them to marketing@carefertility.com
• During 2023, we will introduce a new forum, with enhanced features
• We will run some enhanced community Q&A with our expert clinical and medical teams
